Please do not send any original artwork. Clearly label CD/DVD with your name and submit it in a protective case. Visual art applicants should submit a CD containing 10-20 JPEG images of recent artwork. Performing arts applicants should submit an audio CD or a DVD containing up to 10 minutes of a performance. You can mail this in with your signed application.
